This is a database of information about hand conditions and treatment collected across the UK.  It is owned and run by the British Society for Surgery of the Hand.  Mr Lamyman will ask if you would be willing to have your operation entered into the database.  If you agree, Mr Lamyman will ask for your email address to enable your feedback and outcomes following your treatment to be added to the Hand Registry.  Analysis allows Mr Lamyman to monitor his outcomes and contribute data for research on treatment of hand conditions.
