Self Pay Patients
If you are not insured, we can see you as a "self pay" patient. For details of our new and follow-up consultation costs, please contact us.
If, following your appointment, treatment or surgery is recommended, you will be provided with details of the costs from the hospital of your choice. These costs will include our fee, as well as the hospital's charges.

Hand Registry
This is a database of information about hand conditions and treatment collected across the UK. It is owned and run by the British Society for Surgery of the Hand. Mr Lamyman will ask if you would be willing to have your operation entered into the database. If you agree, Mr Lamyman will ask for your email address to enable your feedback and outcomes following your treatment to be added to the Hand Registry. Analysis allows Mr Lamyman to monitor his outcomes and contribute data for research on treatment of hand conditions.
