Self Pay Patients

If you are not insured, we can see you as a "self pay" patient. For details of our new and follow-up consultation costs, please contact us. Your consultation may involve a procedure which would incur a separate fee in addition to the consultation cost. This will be itemised on your invoice from Upland Park Medical. The hospital will charge you separately for any consumables or sterilisation costs associated with any procedures performed during the consultation.

Following your appointment if treatment or surgery is recommended, you will be provided with a quotation for the treatment by hospital.
